"The LEGEND LENNY! Best Customer service I have ever received in 26 years!!!! #1 in my ♡! I was so upset at first because of stupid AI and he turned everything around. Please give this man a RAISE he deserves everyone’s paycheck combined in that building. He was helpful, comprehensive, and gave me everything I wanted. I told him the exact policy I was looking to get and he made it happen. He was very knowledgeable about all the options available for me. He thoroughly went over every single detail. He went out of his way for me, and that is why I am going out of my way for him.
